Many times people ask me if it’s ok to eat a little bit of something bad for them: A little bit of processed food, something with just a few chemical food additives, a few handfuls of candy made with high fructose corn syrup, a diet soda containing neuro-toxic aspartame only once in a while……

Picture the most delicious, warm, gooey brownie, straight from the oven, covered with chocolate sauce and served with cool vanilla ice cream. Sounds great right?

Now what if I told you there was just a LITTLE bit of poop in that brownie. . . Would you still eat it?!?

Poison is poison,  toxins are toxins, chemicals are chemicals — even in small doses! Do you really want your body to have to work to eliminate and overcome their effects? Nourish your body with smart food choices. You’ll be glad you did!
