The Power of Broccoli Sprouts

You might be curious to try our sprout-growing experiment. We tested the “sprouts in five days theory”, and it really was as simple as we were told. The sprouts grew fast, taste fresh, and are easy to eat alone, with salad, or on a sandwich. Even our son liked them. We popped the first batch in the freezer to stay fresh so we could eat them up while the second batch grew. Here are the links to the organic seeds and the strainer lid we found on Amazon:
